43 people have died in a fierce fire in Grain Mandi area of Delhi. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who reached the spot , said that an inquiry has been ordered into the incident and strict action will be taken against the culprits. He also announced a compensation of Rs 10 lakh for the next of kin of the dead and Rs 1 lakh for the injured. PM Narendra Modi has also announced assistance of Rs 2-2 lakh to the families of the deceased and Rs 50,000 each for the seriously injured from the Prime Minister's Relief Fund. At the same time, the BJP will also provide assistance of Rs 5-5 lakh.
